What People Are Saying

test3 image description

When I started yoga in my early twenties it added zest, colour, and magic to my daily life as well as added flexibility in my body. Later on in my twenties I sort of lost yoga to university, relationships, work and so on and so forth. As a result I started to lose sight of the magic and beauty that is around us everyday. Signing up and committing to the Moksha/Modo Teacher Training in Nicaragua was the best decision I have made in the last 10 years since first stepping onto the mat. The training like an ocean wave smashed that beauty back into my life.

Grow Your Yoga
01/01/2005 — 12/31/2020

Since day one over 11 years ago, every Moksha Modo studio has offered 1-3 karma yoga classes/week. The classes are reduced price with all profits benefiting organizations taking action to support human rights, sustainability, and holistic health. We hope that by our 15th year we will have raised 5 million dollars. To contribute your sweaty practice to this collective goal visit your local studio's karma classes and take part in our annual Grow Your Yoga campaign this April! Join your studio’s newsletter for more details!

We are happy to have contributed to hundreds of organizations as a community. Among them: New Leaf Yoga Foundation, The Massaii Wilderness Conservation Trust, The David Suzuki Foundation, Pull Together, Big Brothers and Sisters and so many more.
