Short Bio for Presenter:
Steph has been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaching for 11. She forever remains a student of yoga that has a penchant for play and exploration in her practices. Her teachings are inspired by the traditional lineage of yoga mixed with the modern elements of her scientifically-backed mobility certifications. The play and creativity she expresses through her classes have sprouted and evolved from her passion and history as a dancer. One of her favorite things to do in yoga is get upside down and she’s looking forward to your participation in this highly anticipated handstand workshop!
