Our core strength is the foundation for all daily movement, whether we’re sitting, standing, walking, or running. This workshop is perfect for those new to yoga and for those who want to revisit their practice and gain a deeper understanding of their body’s movement.
Outline:
Intro Warm Up – light movement
Fundamental Core breakdown – powerhouse engagement
Flow through a core and strength series
Arm and Hip positions breakdown
Flow through a mobility series
Finish with questions and feedback

*This is a reduced heat workshop in the Hot room

*Students need to bring a yoga mat and bottle of water
