Criss has been working full-time in the health and wellness industry for over 12 years. She graduated with honours from Humber College’s Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma program in 2009. Criss is a certified CSEP Personal Trainer and OFC Fitness Instructor. While working full-time, she completed her RYT 200 yoga instructor and Mat Pilates instructor training so she could bring more wellness programs to her clients. She continues to grow in her own wellness journey while teaching a wide range of group classes that are high energy and motivational to her participants.
