Dana is passionate about leading a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys inspiring others to commit to their own personal health and wellness goals.
She was originally drawn to yoga to improve her flexibility, balance, and strength. Dana took her first hot yoga class in 2014 and has been hooked ever since. This life-long learner looked for ways to deepen her practice, which led her to begin her teacher training with Ananda Yoga School in 2020. Dana recently became a RYT500, and has also completed her Modo Yoga Training. She is certified to teach Modo, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.
When she’s not on her mat, you can find this mom of four enjoying time with her family, out in the sun or off traveling.
