Diana has been passionate about all things fitness since a very young age. She has over 20 years of experience in Pilates, Cycle, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning and HIIT Training. She can often be found dancing in her classes, bringing her high energy and love of life to her classes.

You can expect to work hard, be challenged and still have fun in any of her fitness sessions. Her mission is to cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry and to empower women to create sustainable solutions for long lasting health, happiness, and confidence. Her vision is a world where daily acts of self love and care are a regular part of life.
