Yoga means ‘union’ or ‘connection’. Through breath and movement our body’s connect us to a deeper relationship with ourselves. It allows us to feel and experience the essence of our being by uniting a rhythmical harmony between our minds and bodies. There is no goal, it’s an evolving practice that supports our growth as we navigate though life.
Sharing and making space in our studio is my “why”.
