Stephanie obtained her 500 hour teaching certification in Hatha yoga. Her passion has been teaching mainly Hatha and Vinyasa style classes since 2015. Stephanie began her yoga journey back in 2007 after she had stopped dancing competitively and wanted to find a way to maintain flexibility. Coming from a competitive background, she saw yoga as a way to keep fit physically but slowly came to realize how much more she would be effected spiritually and mentally by the practice. Yoga touched her life in a way she couldn’t have imagined, and that feeling is the reason she’s wanted to share the practice with others. Yoga -from her perspective- embodies magical qualities for the human mind and body, and she strives to share that magic with each person that steps into her class and onto their mats.
