This is a class that combines yoga with the heart-pumping, muscle building of high intensity interval training (HIIT).

In this class you’ll experience a full body, cardio workout that is takes yoga as a starting point and introduces targeted exercises to tone, and access the fast-twitch muscles of your body. Each class is different, some days are about legs, or abs, or arms, and some days are are about the whole body. The movements and muscles we target in each class will help you improve some of the more tricky yoga transitions, as well as access your daily practice with a new perspective!

HIIT yoga is an unheated class with music. All of our classes start on time and latecomers cannot be admitted. Once class starts, we ask that students stay in class for the duration of their practice!
