Victoria began her yoga practice while going through a rigorous and challenging nursing program in Southern California in 2009. Victoria’s 8+ years of working in healthcare, combined with a masters degree in nursing education, equip her with a comprehensive understanding & ability to teach the intricate workings of the human body. She completed her 200-RYT Yoga Alliance certification with internationally renowned instructor Meghan Currie in February 2016 in Nicaragua. Through this intensive training Victoria truly evolved into an authentic yoga teacher.
She desires to lift spirits by offering unique yoga classes, which are creatively thought out. Each practice contains a heartfelt message in attempt to evoke an unshaking sense of self-worth. In a culture where women are not always encouraged to meet their full potential, she hopes to empower women to do so in a safe space. Yoga offers Victoria a constant sense of empowerment, especially on the days when she feels the weakest. She hopes to be an example for other women.
