Giving Back While Finding Your Calm

Giving back is at the heart of what we do. Through our Be Community Pillar, Modo Yoga Barrie has raised over $100,000 for local charities, fostering a strong connection both on and off the mat.

Join us every Friday night at 7 PM for our Karma Class, a Modo Calm session that supports local causes. For a minimum $15 donation, you can enjoy a relaxing stretch and mindful practice while giving back to our community. It’s the perfect way to unwind and make a difference at the same time.
