Barre + Pilates

Who This Class is For:
Each Barre + Pilates class begins with a warm-up, followed by exercises targeting common areas that are challenging to tone. Using small, controlled movements and props, we focus on strengthening, toning, and sculpting the body, especially the arms, thighs, seat, and abs.

It’s common to experience muscle shakes and twitches as you isolate different muscle groups. The continuous movement and focus on these targeted muscles keeps your heart rate elevated, providing excellent cardiovascular benefits and a great calorie burn.

Every strengthening segment is followed by a stretch to help lengthen the muscles, training your body to develop long, lean muscles, much like a dancer’s. The class ends with a final cool-down stretch to energize and invigorate you for the rest of your day.
