Rooted in classical Pilates principles and infused with a modern fitness approach, this bodyweight-based class delivers a full-body workout with a focus on core, glutes, legs, and posture.
Expect slow, controlled movements, sustained holds, and muscle-isolating sequences that will challenge your endurance and leave you feeling strong, empowered, and sweaty. The continuous flow keeps your heart rate up, offering both muscular and cardiovascular benefits in one efficient class.
You’ll move through a balanced sequence of standing and floor work, finishing with a mindful cool-down to help release tension and re-energize your body for the rest of your day. No props are used—just your body, your breath, and your commitment.
