Join studio owner Rosanna Marouelli, RMT, and Dr. Ana Candia, ND, for a deeply restorative Winter-inspired Modo Calm + Nidra experience designed to support rest, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

This 90-minute offering begins with gentle breathwork and grounding practices, followed by a slow Yin Yoga sequence inspired by postures that support the meridians associated with the Winter element. Long, supported shapes encourage energy replenishment, release of tension, and a sense of inner stillness—honouring the body’s natural need for rest during the winter season.

The evening concludes with a full 30-minute Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep), allowing the body and mind to fully let go, reset, and restore.

All levels are welcome. No experience is needed.
Please bring a yoga mat, 1–2 pillows, an optional blanket and eye pillow, and any props you enjoy using for comfort.
