Under the quiet glow of this full moon, associated with reflection and renewal, you’ll lay back in the warmth of the studio and allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to bring deep relaxation and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
This peaceful 60-minute session is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and create space for new beginnings. No experience is necessary—just bring a yoga mat, 1-2 pillows, and anything else to keep you cozy, such as an eye pillow or your favourite blanket. Pajamas and cozy layers are encouraged!
