Accompany Rosanna and Amanda on their 3rd annual yoga retreat to BodyHoliday resort in Saint Lucia. Set on a secluded cove of white sand beach at the edge of the Caribbean Sea surrounded by tropical gardens and rainforests, BodyHoliday is the ultimate getaway for body and mind. Recognized as one the finest destination resorts and centre of well being, there couldn’t be a more idyllic corner of the world to escape too.
During this week you will be pampered with a body treatment of your choice everyday, two yoga classes daily taught by Rosanna and Amanda and three healthy meals a day. Join Rosanna for a glow in the dark Modo Music yoga event. Modo Yoga Barrie is excited to offer a 4 Week Series that invites you to come breathe, stretch and release in a thoughtful sequence designed to support and strengthen your changing body during this time of incredible transformation.
As baby and belly grows, Mama will learn how to modify postures for each stage of pregnancy, connect with baby and build trust for the body through a guided meditation, led by Cass at the beginning of each class. Each week will offer variation of postures that allow Mamas to flow with breath, create space, and release built-up tension. Women at all stages of pregnancy are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is required.
Prenatal Classes are offered at a reduced temperature, and Mamas are encouraged to bring a mat, water, towel or blanket, and comfortable clothing.
Our teacher training is for anyone who is looking to deepen and expand their yoga practice, live and learn in community, have tons of fun and become a 500 hour certified yoga teacher.

Inspired by our Be Accessible Pillar, our Energy Exchange program gives students the opportunity to deepen their yoga practice, regardless of their financial situation.
Energy Exchangers (EE’s) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 4 hour shift per week, cleaning the studio, EE’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
