After completing the 2015 Modo Yoga teacher training in Nicaragua, Michelle’s whole world cracked open. Through the deepening of her own yoga practice, personal growth offered by the challenges of teaching, and community bonds strengthened, Modo Yoga changed everything.
Few things bring Michelle as much joy as sharing Modo Yoga with others. Over the years she has felt privileged to experience and witness how deeply healing the practice is for the mind, body, and soul.
With a strong emphasis on self compassion, breath, accessibility, and mindfulness, Michelle’s teaching style is calm and steady.
