Paula has been a long time member of the Modo Yoga Barrie community and fell in love with the practice when she first stepped through the doors in 2013. From energy exchange, to front desk and now to teacher, she brings an abundance of energy and light into the studio and in her classes. Paula is a passionate pilates instructor with a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics, where she studied the physics of human movement, exercise and nutrition. She has recently also completed a B.Sc. in Nursing and uses her immense knowledge in health care and the human body to teach and guide her classes. With her unique blend of medical knowledge and fitness expertise, she creates classes that are both energizing and empowering. Known for her bubbly personality and motivating teaching style, Paula loves guiding clients to discover the joy of movement while helping them achieve their personal goals.
