Suspend your Membership

*COVID-19 UPDATE: We will not be suspending accounts automatically as we are open virtually and on – demand for you. Please review the terms and conditions of your pass purchase to see if you are eligible for a suspension.

Each membership is unique and has changed over the years if you are entitled to one suspension, for a minimum of 14 days and up to 60 days, every calendar year please fill out the form below.

Memberships able to be place on hold are: VIP memberships, Committed memberships, Freedom memberships, Bi-weekly memberships.

I understand that I have the ability to freeze my membership for up to 60 days one time for free per calendar year; any subsequent freezes will incur a $20 administrative fee.

Requests must be submitted at least 2 business days before the desired start date of suspension. Please note, membership suspensions are not available for ‘Intro Month’ passes. *Please note FLEX memberships can not be suspended as they are on a month by month basis due to COVID-19.
