Teaching barre gives me the opportunity for movement. Using a combination of techniques from dance, ballet, pilates, and strength training barre challenges and liberates the mind and body. I love incorporating my favorite jams – usually a blend of new and old school hip hop, R&B, dance, and pop. My hope is that you leave each class with a sense of pride, sensuality, and accomplishment.
