I was drawn to Yoga after searching for some type of physical healing. Having sustained injuries and an unhealthy work-life balance, I decided to give it a try. Modo had such an positive impact on my life that I made up my mind to help others in the same way.
Becoming a Modo teacher put me in a position to help as many people as I can, be part of a community, and learn from a variety of teachers. I am also certified in Yogassage, Modo Fit, and Modo Flow.
Little known fact about me, I studied Sanskrit and Classical Tibetan as part of my undergraduate degree.
