When We Are Together In-Studio Once Again:

Our commitment to our community (aka Studio Changes)

  • Exceeding local and provincial regulations regarding students health and safety

  • Deep cleaning all common areas and high touch surfaces before and after each class with Benefect, a plant-based hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • Reducing our in-studio staff to reduce the chance of cross-contamination
  • Staff + Teachers will wear masks unless they are on their mat too, and practice physical distancing always.
  • Class capacity will be reduced to ensure physical distancing for your safety.
  • Open 15-minutes before and close 15-minutes after class.
  • Teachers will not be offering hands-on-adjustments, mouth-breathing practices will not be instructed.

SIGN THE NEW COVID-19 WAIVER PLEASE

We have shifted significantly to ensure the safety of our entire community. This includes some changes in policies and procedures, as well as a New Liability Waiver, where you will be asked important questions relating to your health and your understanding of the “new normal” we are experiencing together. This waiver will be sent out every 2 weeks. We ask that you please sign this waiver now, and each time we send it, and each time you come across this message, so we can keep our beloved studio space safe for us all and us all accountable to one another. There is no such thing as signing this waiver too many times. Thank you in advance for your support.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Probably our most significant new reality at MYBW is the mandatory reduction of yoga mats allowed in the practice room, in support of physical distancing. This change means that every space in the room is now considered premium real estate when it comes to the financial vitality of the business. This reality leaves us no choice but to enforce some new policies. Considering these new circumstances, every bit of income is needed for the future of MYBW, and we thank you for your cooperation.

  • Pre-registration is required. No drop-ins.
  • Registration opens 7 days before the class’ occurrence and closes 30 minutes before class starts.
  • Need to cancel a reservation? Make you sure do so more than 2 hours prior to class to avoid a Late-Cancel fee of $10 + HST.
  • Any reservations not claimed will incur a No-Show fee of $15 + HST.
  • If a class is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. If a space becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be bumped into class, and you will be notified by email and text, up to 30 mins before class begins. Please make sure you have your notifications turned on by visiting the My Info tab and selecting all applicable methods of contact to avoid any No-Show fees.
  • Check our Policies Page on our website for more details on late cancellations and no-show fees.
Additionally, we are asking all students to please purchase all passes online to ensure we minimize contact and wait times.

ARE YOU AN IPHONE/IPAD USER? LISTEN UP!

Please DO NOT USE THE MODO/MINDBODY APP ON YOUR IPHONE/IPAD TO PURCHASE ANY PASS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Apple charges a 30% commission on every pass we sell, which is unaffordable for us at this time. Thank you so much for your cooperation and support.

EXTENDING PASSES THAT EXPIRE

  • Time-limited passes (ie. $60 Intro Months, sale passes) will be extended for the entire period that the studio is closed unless you choose to use your pass to take Zoom classes, or decide not to extend to support the studio by buying a new pass. Due to the nature of the software, extensions can only be applied when upon our reopening, so if you have a pass that expires, please email us so we can adjust the dates for you manually.
