My approach to teaching yoga is deeply rooted in my personal practice. The more connected I am to my breath, body and practice, the more authentic my teaching is. I have a fierce commitment to open-hearted authenticity, that’s who I practice being in the world. That I believe is the greatest strength I bring to the Bloor West community.
Shai teaches Modo, Pilates, Modo Flow and Embodied Movement for Trans, Non-Binary and GNC Folx at MYBW, and offers the occasional ‘Balls & Bliss’ yoga tune-up workshop, and works as an RMT (check out their website).
