In this class, the Modo Flow sequence is a vinyasa style class with linking postures. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a Modo class set in a reduced heat (36 degrees with 40% humidity) environment.
