In Yin yoga poses are held 3-5 minutes promoting an increase in strength and flexibility of the lower spine, hips and large muscles of the thighs. This non- heated practice also stimulates the meridians of the lower body, which may have a direct impact on organ health, as well as helping to release blocked energy stored in the joints. This class is 75 minutes in length and reduced heat.
