For babies up to 12 months (up to crawling age recommended)
Reconnect with your body, your breath, and your baby in this nurturing yoga class designed especially for new moms. Once cleared for physical activity, moms are invited to join us for a practice that supports postpartum recovery with mindful movement, strength-building, and relaxation.
This class includes yoga sequences both with and without your baby, honoring the needs of your changing body. Babies are welcome to feed, be soothed, play, or cry during class — and a designated space for feeding is available.
Mommy and Me Yoga is a beautiful opportunity to move at your own pace, bond with your little one, and build connections with other moms in a supportive, understanding community.
What you can bring: a yoga mat, water, comfy clothing, baby blanket
