Our Prenatal Yoga classes in Brampton are led by a certified prenatal yoga instructor and thoughtfully designed to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy. These sessions focus on moving with the breath, gentle yet effective prenatal-safe postures, and intentional breath work to help calm the nervous system and build confidence for birth.
Each class includes pelvic floor exercises, hip-opening stretches, and movements that support posture, circulation, and overall comfort during pregnancy. Breath awareness and guided relaxation are woven throughout the practice to encourage connection to your body and baby while easing common pregnancy discomforts.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, our Prenatal Yoga classes offer modifications and individualized guidance in a welcoming, supportive environment (no prior yoga experience required.)
