Fit & Inspired 30 Day Yoga Challenge
FIT AND INSPIRED 30 DAY CHALLENGE
30 day yoga challenge begins on April 20th. We encourage everyone signed up for the challenge to practice yoga every day for 30 days in a row. If you miss a day, no sweat. You can either make it up on another day by doing a double. And if you don’t complete 30 classes in 30 days, that’s fine too!
An online tracker board will be made available to participate to follow along with their progress and see how the rest of the community is doing. It’s a great opportunity to stay connected.
This challenge is simply to encourage yourself to adopt a more regular practice which we need in times like these.

BINGO CARDS
Everyone that signs up for the challenge will receive a bingo card with a different challenges based on the pillars to complete in each box on the card. Bingo cards will be converted into raffle tickets at the Modo’s Got Talent Party and PotLuck.
INSPIRATIONAL PROJECTS
Videos will be sent out with weekly inspirational projects that you can do at home to keep yourself motivated and inspired.
