Summer Sweat 18 Day Yoga Challenge

Summer Sweat 18-Day Yoga Challenge begins on July 15th, 2022. We encourage everyone signed up for the challenge to practice yoga every day for 18 days in a row. If you miss a day, no sweat. You can either make it up on another day by doing a double. And if you don’t complete 18 classes in 18 days, that’s fine too!

A sticker tracking board will be made available to participants to follow along with their progress and see how the rest of the community is doing. It’s a great opportunity to stay connected.

This challenge is simply to encourage yourself to adopt a more regular practice which we need in times like these.
