It was in university that Bianca walked into her first yoga class and started her journey on the mat. The practice of yoga offered a space of freedom to move, breathe and be at ease without judgement. The benefits of practice extended beyond flexibility and physical movements. Each visit to the mat became a moment of self-discovery. This created a deeper awareness within while on the mat and a deeper connection and responsibility to the world while off the mat.
Bianca is a certified Modo yoga instructor and JOGA coach. Her passion lies is in promoting balanced lifestyle choices with the goal of creating stronger bodies – physically, mentally and emotionally. She believes that strength in these three realms come together to empower a person to create positive change in their internal and external environments.
