I initially found yoga while looking to combat compassion fatigue. Working in the Social Service field I enjoyed providing supports to the community however I needed something to help fill my own cup . This practice has truly transformed my life in ways unimaginable and for this I’m forever grateful. After a long personal practice, I realized I wanted to help share yoga with others. I embarked on my teacher training journey to Nicaragua and was able to dive deeper into this practice and further connect to myself and this community. It is a complete honour to share this practice with others and I hope we can all start a journey of healing and love, one breath at a time.
