In November of 2010, Erin was involved in a severe car accident that would forever change her path. Riddled with migraines from head trauma, broken bones, chronic pain, and lost in a sea of depression, everyday was a struggle to simply exist. In January of 2012, she was dragged to her first Modo class with the promise that “hot yoga is great for chronic pain & depression”. Sure enough, it was! Resting in child’s pose, something shifted. For the first time in her life, she felt a weight lifting off her shoulders and a calling to share this healing gift of yoga with others.
As a corporate professional with a human resources background, she went on to complete her Modo training in January of 2015 and fulfilled her dream of studying with Judith Hanson Lasater in 2017 becoming a RELAX AND RENEW® restorative yoga teacher. Always a student first, Erin loves to learn and has studied with Ray Long, Seane Corn, Rodney & Colleen Yee, Kathryn Flynn among many other greats in the yoga community. Most recently she graduated as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) and is combining her love and knowledge of Yoga & Nutrition through Corporate Health & Wellness Programs.
