I had always lived a very active lifestyle and played competitive sports so I never really go into the gym vibe.  I came to yoga originally as a physical practice , as an alternative to the gym.  20 years in the Bar and Restaurant industry my day to day life was very busy and fast paced, long hours on my feet and at times very late nights.  I loved the quiet and the stillness of my practice. I began to realize that there were so much more to this practice than just the physical body, and  that was it I was hooked.
 2016 I went to Montreal to take my Modo level 1 training.
I am also Reiki certified level 1 & 2 and this past August went back to Montreal to take my Modo flow training.
I love teaching , yoga has been such a safe and healing practice for me and I can only hope to share this love and passion with others.
