After hurting my shoulder I was convince to start yoga by a dear friend, after my first month of practice the pain had gone away, it was the first therapy that healed the pain. Along with the healing, I also noticed that I was more motivated and much higher level of focus at work. After asking my manager everyday for 6 months I eventually wore him down and was able to take the 2017 Modo Yoga Training. Since then I’ve been working at the studio, improving my practice and trying to teach a class here and there when the opportunity arises.
