Indi was introduced to the practice of mantra meditation & yoga at a young age through her family heritage and quickly experienced and realized the benefits of a Yoga Sadhana. She eagerly took her first teacher training with Modo Yoga in 2012 after graduating as a Kinesiologist. Since, she has furthered her education and knowledge in yoga, mindfulness, breath and mediation practices. She offers Reiki Healing, Sound Healing and teaches Kundalini Yoga, JOGA, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Pre & Post Natal, Children’s yoga and private classes. Indi’s classes focus on cultivating a calm mind, aligned body, and inspired practice, whilst empowering others to search for a deeper relationship to their mind, body, spirit and breath. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of the human body and mind body connection. Her mission is to empower others to create a deeper sense of inner peace and mindfulness on and off the mat into their daily life.
