In 2014, my daughter invited me to join her for a hot yoga class at Modo Yoga Milton ( then Moksha) – I loved heat !
The moment I came out of that class I knew this was for me. Having discovered linking breath with movement and mindfulness, it was so powerful. I felt more alive and that moment was truly meant to be. I became a member immediately for a year, then, decided to do the Energy Exchange Program saving money to then pursuing the Level-1 Moksha/Modo 500 hr Teacher training in Nicaragua 2017. Soon after, I completed the Modo Flow and Barre training in 2018, Power Yoga Hands on adjustments course and Modo Fit in 2019, then Modo Calm (Yin, restorative/ mindfulness) in 2020. I also guide corporate and private yoga as well.
Our bodies is the only place we have to live so I would be honoured to guide you into peacefulness and calm through movement with breath and patience with oneself.
