Who This Class is For: This class is accessible to everyone—from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. If you’re new to yoga, this is a great place to start, and is also challenging enough for more experienced yogis.
Modo + Stretch combines the best of both worlds—movement and stretching, with strength and relaxation. The class begins with the standing series from our core Modo practice for approximately 40 minutes, designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, then transitions into a calming gentle stretch session, where accessible, floor-based stretches are held for longer periods to enhance flexibility and release tension for the final 20 minutes of class.
