Who This Class is For: Slow & Strong Flow is for anyone looking to build strength and stamina in their vinyasa practice. Slow & Strong Flow is a challenging, movement-based hot yoga practice that builds on the foundation of a Modo class.

In this class, movement is connected with breath, creating a fluid sequence rooted in vinyasa yoga. This class is an excellent complement to your regular Modo practice, and a slower-paced, more core focused version of Modo Flow. Beginners are welcome, as the practice remains accessible and adaptable to all levels.
