Challenge Level – high intensity
This class is curated by the fitness instructor and is intended to develop stability, strength, endurance along with promoting healthy range of movement in areas that are limited or ‘stuck’. This at times is a high intensity class.
This class is held in our Sun Room (non heated). The use of light free weights will be incorporated and instruction in alignment and form through coaching and demonstration. A personal training vibe in group setting.
Come with a lighthearted and determined attitude! Results are best with consistent practice.
