Cynthia lives in Brantford Ontario and has been practicing Modo Yoga since 2018. She is a proud Indigenous woman and mother who spends her free time hiking in nature.
Since graduating her Level One Teacher Training in 2021, she has enjoyed showing her students love whenever possible. She feels truly honoured that she gets to lead them in their practice.
Cynthia is thankful for each and every class, and knows in her heart that a strong relationship with her yoga practice has helped her on her healing journey through trauma and mental health challenges.
The gift of community has been valuable to her, and she loves her Modo family with all of her heart. She hopes that the Modo community grows bigger each day and she is here to welcome you with open arms and warm hugs anytime you would like a hug.
Cynthia also recently graduated from Modo Flow Training and is excited to teach these dynamic classes.
Cynthia loves this community, the wonderful opportunity to move and breathe together.
