Who This Class is For: Vinyasa is for students who are comfortable with a steady-moving class. A general familiarity with foundational yoga poses will make the pace most accessible, but the class can be adapted to all levels (beginners welcome!).

Vinyasa classes explore the link between breath and movement, with a variety of poses linked together with Vinyasas (Downward Dog flows). This style of practice also improves cardiovascular health and helps build upper-body strength.
