Brooke started practicing yoga through her dance teachers. Growing up a dancer, her teachers would teach yoga as a part of their warm up routine at the beginning and end of class as a cool down. Brooke loved the benefits that yoga provided and realized how much it was shown through her dancing, to develop and advance her dance skills. 

      She took her first hot yoga class at Modo Yoga Brooklin at the age of 16, she was in shock as she stepped out of the room, as it transformed her perspective completely. 

      Brooke has a unique flare to her classes that stems from her dance background. She takes you through a creative yet challenging flow with many great stretches to have you leave class feeling like you have created space within the body and mind.

      When Brooke is not in the studio she enjoys hiking, travel and tea. Brooke has travelled to New York, L.A and many more places to dance in shows professionally. 

      Brooke completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, as well as Pre/Post Natal Yoga Training. She completed her Pilates training through Mindful Movement. Brooke graduated and received a diploma from Centennial College with honours from the Dance Performance Program where she studied various dance styles, acting & singing.
