Hi my name is Pramod. I teach Modo, Modo Flow & Restorative Yoga and also offer workshops occasionally at MYB.
My goal in every class is to create a positive and enriching experience for you every time you are on your yoga mat. My classes are centered around breath which is the foundation and an integral part of a yoga practice. I also like to incorporate some Yoga Philosophy in my teaching as Yoga is so much more than just an Asana Practice.
Funny story about my first yoga class, during Savasana at the end, the instructor said, “Relax, and let go.” and I almost replied back “Of what”? 🙂
I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Instructor (RYT 500) with certifications in Modo, Modo Flow and Restorative Yoga.
