All passes are non refundable and non transferable.
All Unlimited Memberships require 5 business days notice via email to cancel.
No show policy fee is $10.
If you cancel a class reservation later than one hour before class the fee is $5.
Membership Agreements
Intro Month of Membership
1) I agree to allow Modo Yoga Burlington to charge my credit card on a monthly basis for the purpose of my membership fee under the terms and conditions of my Membership Agreement.
2) I may revoke credit card authorization by providing 5 business days notice in advance of my next pre-authorized payment date. I agree that revocation of this authorization does not terminate my agreement and that I will continue to be responsible for any outstanding fee or dues in respect of my Membership Agreement.
3) I agree to inform Modo Yoga Burlington of any change in my credit card information (ie. expiry date) within 10 days of the next pre-authorized payment.
4) I confirm that ALL persons whose signatures are required to sign on this account have signed this authorization.
5) I acknowledge that the charge for dishonoured pre-authorization payment is $25.00.
6) I have been advised of, and, acknowledge the terms and conditions of pre-authorized credit card payments, and my responsibilities with respect thereto.
7) I understand that the Intro Month of Membership is a recurring membership and MYB will continue to bill my new discounted membership rate on a monthly basis, unless notified of cancellation 5 business days prior to next billing date via email at
membership@modoyogaburlington.com8) I understand that I am responsible for requesting the membership be cancelled by reaching out to MYB by email 5 business days in advance of next billing date.
9) I understand that if I choose to end this membership I will forfeit the discounted rate this membership offered.
10) I understand that being an unlimited pass holder does not give me priority over any other members and that class capacity may be limited to 60 participants per class
