Yoga Nidra prompts your brain to drift between a state of sleep and consciousness. During this workshop, you will be guided into deep relaxation while lying on your mat. The experience is enhanced by a Sound Bath featuring crystal bowls and other healing instruments, creating the ultimate state of physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This allows you to reach a profound sense of calm and inner awareness.
