Helene has been a yoga enthusiast for many years. Yoga has helped her manage anxiety and a debilitating back injury using Fit and Modo as rehabilitation. Her life’s purpose is to help motivate others to be their best. Helene is trained in Modo Level 1, Modo Fit, and Yin. Her classes aim to challenge students to connect with themselves, moving in their own ranges of motion. Yoga is a large part of her daily routine and she applies the teachings to all parts of life. Helene continually strives to make yoga accessible to all!
