Matthew enjoys group fitness and yoga classes for the balance they give his life physically and mentally, but especially for the power they have to bring all kinds of different people together. Matthew is certified to guide Modo, Modo Flow, and Modo Fit classes, and also certified in guiding a relaxation technique called Yoga Nidra and offers a series called ‘Get To Know Nidra’. Music also holds a special place within his yoga practice and he loves sharing those precious music classes with the Burnaby community. The six pillars of Modo have had a huge impact on his life; currently he is most interested in the ‘Live to Learn’ pillar. He is thirsty for new knowledge especially when related to bio-mechanics and finds the more dedicated he is to the ongoing practice of learning, the better student and teacher he can be!
