This workshop will outline the principles and rationale behind Stability Flow Yoga. Stability Flow is a form of vinyasa yoga developed to be both welcoming and challenging for all levels of practitioner. It is an integrated practice, each class incorporates breath work, meditation and power vinyasa. This style of practice was designed by Stephen Puiia during an 8 year period he spent in East Asia working as a researcher and consultant in the wellness industry. Stability Flow is grounded in Stephen’s experiences as an athletic trainer and mindfulness teacher. Physical alignment, core function, and mindfulness are prominent elements in this practice.
