Airlie Ogden

Airlie discovered yoga in 2007 while exploring Shanghai. Despite the language barrier, at the end of her first class she understood that she’d found the path that she wanted to travel. After four years of varied yoga exploration, study and training, she made her way back home and to the Modo Yoga studio in Charlottetown where she fell in love with the sequence, the heat and, most of all, the community. Since completing the Level 1 training in Montreal 2011 she’s taught on both Canadian coasts, has completed the Modo Flow and Modo Fit trainings, a Professional Yoga Therapy certification with Integrative Yoga Therapy, and, after three years of study and an internship at the California College of Ayurveda, is a certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner.

Born and raised in Charlottetown, she bounced around Canada and Asia for many years, but has finally re-rooted herself home on PEI. When not at the studio, you can find her exploring the trails with her beloved spaniel, Orwell.
