Growing up with Modo woven into her everyday life, Sophia spent her childhood tagging along to her
dad’s teacher trainings and soaking in a practice that always felt like home. Now, as a Pilates
instructor, she blends that same grounding energy with a modern, upbeat style that feels authentic to
her. Teaching has become her way of honouring the movement foundation she was raised with,
while adding her own extra spice! Her classes are challenging, energetic, and filled with laughter,
creating a space where people feel strong, supported, and genuinely have fun! Outside the studio,
Sophia works as a Child and Youth Practitioner, and in her spare time she loves curling up with her
cat, who insists on being involved whenever she practices her sequences.
